Asili Glam is a leading digital food media company dedicated to creating easy and delicious comfort food recipes with accessible ingredients. With a strong focus on engaging and shareable content, we cater to a diverse audience of over one million followers across various social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Kitchen Prep:
* Assist in preparing ingredients according to recipes.
* Set up cooking stations and ensure all necessary tools and equipment are ready for filming.
* Clean Up:
* Take charge of post-filming cleanup, including dishwashing, kitchen organization, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the filming process.
* Production Assistance:
* Act as a valuable production assistant by helping to manage camera equipment and lighting.
* Ensure a smooth filming process by assisting with equipment setup and troubleshooting.
* Collaboration and Content Development:
* Brainstorm and develop innovative video concepts with the content creator.
* Contribute creative input to enhance content quality and engagement.
Requirements:
* Culinary Skills:
* Proficient in basic kitchen prep with a keen interest in food and/or social media content.
* Organization:
* Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage kitchen logistics and maintain an efficient workspace.
* Tech-Savvy:
* Comfortable with technology, including camera equipment, iPhone operation, and basic knowledge of Canva and affiliate websites for linking products.
* Creative Mindset:
* Ability to contribute fresh and creative ideas to ideation sessions.
* Communication Skills:
* Effective communication skills are crucial for successful collaboration with the content creator and other team members.
Additional Information:
* This is a part-time position with flexible hours, approximately 12 hours per week.
* Candidates must be able to work in-person in Sicklerville, NJ at our home studio.
