Description
As Marketing Manager within Brand Marketing, you will manage brand funded investment strategies for our Retail Media network. that that drive retailer preference for the category. The Manager is responsible for developing retail media knowledge to better advise brands on their end-to-end execution of brand funded media campaigns. This role reports to the VP of Brand Marketing and will be responsible for supporting brands who heavily invest in Sephora’s co-op initiatives.
The key function of the brand marketing team is to work with brands to develop impactful brand and product launch strategies leveraging retail tactics. In their day-to-day role of supporting the team the Manager will support upwards of 20+ campaigns a month to ensure flawless execution.
The Manager will be responsible for monthly financial reconciliation of co-op, performance reporting and share out and operational efficiencies of meeting brand needs related to their co-op investment.
