Description
The Client Services Account Manager works closely with our chef roster and the rest of the HQ team to coordinate a luxury, high touch, smooth delivery of chef services. This role is a full-time, salaried position. We offer a competitive benefits package and salary commensurate with experience. YOUR EVERYDAY: ● Coordinate chef services for new and existing clients from inquiry through execution ● Provide personalized, compassionate support (via email & phone) that aligns with our brand and hospitality tenets ● Strategically match clients with the perfect chef(s) by assessing inquiries in reference to schedules, service history, culinary specialties, and more ● Directly impact client and chef retention with thoughtful matching and assignment ● Receive, evaluate & respond to client feedback ● Work closely with chefs to help enhance their communication, culinary & time management skills ● Work with the CS Team to consistently refine the client journey and internal workflow YOU ARE: ● A proactive problem solver ● Able to balance and prioritize a steady stream of incoming client and chef requests ● Someone who can make every client feel like they’re the number one priority ● Able to work with high net worth clients and provide the luxury experience they’re expecting ● Able to connect with our chefs and make sure they’re feeling engaged with The Culinistas HQ Team (relationships are important to us!)
