Our short-term digital internship is a very selective opportunity for college-aged women looking to expand their network and digital skills. You will have access to opportunities to connect with major brands and girl bosses. College credit also offered. What more are you waiting for?

Summer applications are now closed.

“I learned a lot more about writing, staying true to demographics, and built some pretty cool connections during my internship with ESG. It improved my girl boss career tremendously! I have another bomb experience to add to my resume, I got to cover stories about things that matter to me, like The Colored Girl, and worked closely with cool women making a shift in black girl culture. I’d say it was pretty legit! I love everything about ESG and I’m super excited for its growth. I truly hope to work with them again, sooner than later.” - Janee Barbre, ESG Alum Summer ‘17
