Social Media Boss

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must be an enrolled college student or recent grad 

  • Ability to communicate and write in English

  • Access to a computer, reliable internet connection

  • Must live in NYC 

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with writing, communication and social media

  • Working knowledge of major social media platforms

  • Proficiency using Google applications and Instagram stories

  • Organized and meets deadlines

  • Positive attitude and strength as a team player
  • Recommended: creative, organized, self-motivated, communicative, detail-oriented

Job Description:

  • Keep ESG posted on fashion/beauty trends, events 
  • Write blog posts

  • Using SEO keywords to pitch and write service or event coverage stories

  • Attend fashion/beauty/women empowerment events to cover on ESG socials/website 

  • Assist with events, such as Sip N' Slay 

  • Update Social Media channels

  • Generate ideas to maximize audience reach

PUBLIC RELATIONS Boss

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must be an enrolled college student or recent grad 
  • Ability to communicate and write in English
  • Access to a computer, reliable internet connection
  • Must live in NYC

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in public relations, marketing, writing, journalism, and/or social media
  • Working knowledge of major social media platforms
  • Proficiency using Google applications
  • Organized and meets deadlines
  • Positive attitude and strength as a team player
  • Recommended: creative, organized, self-motivated, communicative, detail-oriented

Job Description:

  • Keep ESG posted on latest fashion/beauty trends, events and brands
  • Establish and build relationships with press and attend press appointments
  • Craft detailed press releases and written communications tools for media outlets 
  • Create a public relations plan for an organization 
  • Schedule media appearances, press conferences, speeches and other public speaking events to help develop a strong brand image 
  • Keep an up-to-date and accurate database of contacts
  • Help organize events such as networking events, ESG Sip N’ Slay
  • Monitor brand movement (followers, improvement, outreach)

SPECIAL EVENTS BOSS

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must be an enrolled college student or recent grad

Job Description:

  • Assist with event logistics and work closely with executive team for special events
  • Provide integral support to event sponsors to coordinate collateral fulfillment
  • Assist with research and outreach for in-kind sponsors
  • Be involved with creative brainstorming on how best to utilize and capitalize on social media platforms
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, social media, and device landscape to inform and inspire the development of new event experiences and activations 
  • Organize and update event calendars and promotional inventory database

Photo Boss

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must be an enrolled college student or recent grad 

  • Ability to communicate and write in English

  • Access to a computer, reliable internet connection, and a digital or DSLR camera for the duration of your time as a Photo Boss

     Qualifications:

  • Ability to use a DSLR camera

  • Working knowledge of major social media platforms

  • Proficiency using Google applications

  • Experience editing pictures using Adobe applications

  • Organized and meets deadlines

  • Positive attitude and strength as a team player
  • Recommended: creative, organized, self-motivated, communicative, detail-oriented

Job Description:

  • You will be traveling, interviewing, taking photos, and capturing outfits of the most stylish women 

  • Research stylish, influential women to feature on Instagram and website 

  • Transcribe and edit interviews and include with submissions. In quote format

  • Schedule photoshoots of girl boss twice a month 

  • Capture b-roll content of influencer and submit to Content Creator

  • Coordinate with executive team to get ideas for influencer outfits

  • Stay on top of trending styles/influencers in your city

  • Opportunities to attend/cover networking events for ESG

content Creating Boss

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Comfortable with design software, such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Adobe Suit 

  • Proficiency using Google applications

  • Organized and meets deadlines

  • Positive attitude and strength as a team player
  • Recommended: creative, organized, self-motivated, communicative, detail-oriented

Job Description:

  • Staying up to date with latest standards, trends in visual design field
  • Create visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate
  • Manage website and structure posts  
  • Work with Photo Bosses to capture b-roll content

  • Put together how to/look book videos

  • Present the user interface visually so information is easy to read, easy to understand and easy to find

  • Communicate effectively in a cross-functional product development team and present ideas and designs effectively

  • Collaborate with Executive Board to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception and user experience
